Macleod & Buchanan is a family run Building Contracting business which has been established on the island since 1925 and has spanned three generations.

In the mid 1970s Stornoway Glass Co. was formed and runs side by side providing all types glass & glazing services inc. double-glazed units, mirrors, perspex, horticultural glass, tabletops, toughened & laminated safety glass, mirrored wardrobe doors, etc.         

We pride ourselves in providing a high quality service at competitive rates to a large customer base of private, commercial & industrial clients.

The services we provide include internal / external building maintenance, improvements / alterations, conversions, roofing, fibreglass systems, bespoke joinery, doors, stairs etc. and a 24hr emergency call out service is available to all our clients.
